ABSTRACT
This study focuses on the problems of poor control performance, synchronization performance and stability in multi-motor permanent magnet drive systems mining belt conveyors when a Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) controller is used to multi-motor. In this paper, system model for three-motor synchronous mine conveyor established. On basis, an Enhanced first-order Active Disturbance Rejection Controller (Efal_ADRC) designed based optimized nonlinear function. Additionally, weighted arithmetic mean enhance compensator ring coupling structure. Finally, evaluated simulated using various algorithms. Results show that multi-Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (multi-PMSM) Efal_ADRC structure has better anti-interference ability, accuracy synchronization, which conducive stable efficient safe operation conveyor.
