ABSTRACT
In perovskite photovoltaics (PSCs), the role of hole transporting material (HTM) is highly important as it significantly influents to global device’s performance and stability. Hole transporter ensures extraction at perovskite/HTM interface transport towards cathode. Thus, accurate molecular design affording efficient cost-effective HTM major interest. Small molecules having glass forming property an attractive class can form morphologically stable thin film. Herein, a carbazole bearing polymerizable function was designed synthetized. Its characteristics are suitable for application in PSCs. The preliminary photovoltaic lead device efficiency 14–15% depending on chemical composition employed. These promising results open way new alternative polymeric HTMs solution processed hybrid solar cells.
