ABSTRACT
The retention of key human resources is a challenge and necessity for any organisation. This paper analyses the impact existence accessibility work-family policies on well-being workers their intention to leave To test proposed hypotheses, we applied structural equation model based partial least squares path modelling (PLS-SEM) approach sample 558 service sector workers. results show that directly reduce Moreover, this relationship also occurs indirectly, by mediating generated these policies.
