Participants population-based study were recruited 2012–2013 reinvited six years later complete questionnaire. Acculturation was assessed at baseline using Frankfurt scale (integration, assimilation, separation marginalization). (SF-8) follow-up (SF-12) resulting physical (PCS) mental (MCS) sum score. Associations analyzed linear regression models time-by-acculturation status interaction term. In 330 persons included (65% women, mean age ± standard deviation 43.3 11.8 years). Over 6 years, MCS decreased, while PCS remained stable. While cross-sectional analyses showed associations both PCS, temporal including time term did not reveal HRQL. When investigating acculturation, more studies are needed take into account.
