ABSTRACT
There are significant numbers of people experiencing homelessness both in the UK and internationally. People who homeless much more likely to die prematurely and, therefore, need strong access ongoing health social care support if we hope address disparity they face.The aim research was explore how identify locate appropriate services.A mixed methods study applied on currently or had previously experienced homelessness.The based an urban area southwest England.
