ABSTRACT
Manufacturing organizations have a pivotal role in reducing the adverse impact of global warming by adopting sustainable practices and producing environmentally-friendly products. Organizations are engaged environmental corporate social responsibility (ECSR) emphasize green intellectual capital (GIC), innovative products support for business sustainability (BUS). The current study aims to analyze organizational ECSR GIC on innovation (GIN) BUS. data 237 participants from manufacturing firms were analyzed via partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). results revealed that crucial GIN study's findings positively significantly impacts relational (GRC) (GSC). However, ECSR's positive human (GHC) was insignificant. Further, mediation analysis show serves as full mediator between GIC's two components, GRC GSC GHC This extends management literature suggests measures practitioners enhance capabilities order address issues through initiatives.
