ABSTRACT
Myopia is one of the most common eye disorders involving abnormal focusing light rays. The studies recognize association between stomatognathic and visual systems. This compound may have a neurological basis associated with such as central sensitization. main aim this study was to evaluate influence sensitization on bioelectrical activity selected muscles masticatory organ in subjects myopia.Selected cervical spine were analyzed using an eight-channel BioEMG III electromyograph. Central inventory.Statistical analysis revealed significantly higher scores inventory axial myopia compared without refractive error. Repeated positive correlations observed sternocleidomastoid muscle negative digastric during open closed eyes myopic subjects.Subjects increased score inventory. increase connected changes within electromyographic neck muscles. effect requires further study.
