Perceived Social Support Mediates the Relationship between Use of Greenspace and Geriatric Depression: A Cross-Sectional Study in a Sample of South-Italian Older Adults

A growing body of evidence is suggestive for the beneficial role contact with greenspace (e.g., use greenspace, visual access to etc.) on mental health depression, anxiety, etc.). Results showed inversely associated through support. These findings underlined relevance pathway linking depressive symptoms. This may be useful policymakers plan interventions promoting physical participation an age-friendly city framework.
