ABSTRACT
Effective partnerships between universities and industry facilitate health-profession students’ learning work readiness. However, developing sustainable engagement in academic curricula remains challenging. This study utilised Social Exchange Theory (SET) to explore the benefits of barriers within preparation programs. A realist evaluation framework was used consider factors that impacted experiences outcomes for academics clinicians who engaged development delivery curriculum a new health professional program speech pathology. sequential mixed-methods design adopted influencing clinicians’ motivation engage with university, using an online survey (n = 18) focus group 5).
