ABSTRACT
Neurodegenerative disorders are caused by neuronal cell death, miscommunications between synapse, and abnormal accumulations of proteins in the brain. Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is one age-related disorders, which most common degenerative today, strongly affects memory consolidation cognitive function Amyloid-β tau triggers for AD pathogenesis, usually used as candidate biomarkers clinical research. Especially, exam, brain imaging molecular biological methods being to diagnosis AD. Genome-wide association study (GWAS) a new biomedical method, its use contributes understanding many human diseases, including diseases. Here, we identified ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 (Ube2) gene expression neurons through GWAS. The subfamilies Ube2’s genetic inborn errors affect proteasome system (UPS), leading protein degradation We found that only Ube2h mRNA transcription was significantly increased blood from AD, however did not find any change Ube2 subfamily genes’ tissue. These data may provide information or approach, suggest cell-free circulating novel potential biomarker
