ABSTRACT
Here, we report a new simple and fast method of cobalt copper ferrites film fabrication on the Ti/TiO2 surface. The approach is based deposition gelatin gel containing nitrates surface porous oxide-silicon coatings titanium obtained by plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) followed two-stage annealing at 300 °C 800 to yield ferrite films with good adhesion PEO layer. presence Co/Cu phases was confirmed EDX analysis, XRD, Mössbauer spectroscopy. TiO2-CoFe2O4 TiO2-CuFe2O4 composite have excellent performance in photocatalytic degradation indigo carmine as model dye pH 3 under UV visible irradiation. suggested obtain ferrite/TiO2 promising for development magnetic materials, sensors, catalysts, photocatalysts various applications.
