ABSTRACT
As an important branch of ancient Chinese silk dyeing and printing technology, alkali degumming utilizes agents to degum raw silk, creating differences in fiber water absorption, dye uptake, optical characteristics between degummed non-degummed areas achieve localized pattern formation.Based on the processes Silk Gauze using alkaline boiling, steaming, gel, this study compares effects these three techniques under different conditions agent dosage, hot press temperature, duration. The efficiency, surface morphology, infrared spectra were analyzed compared. Through analysis mechanisms, it was found that within a micro-system, meets alkali, water, heat required for precise Gauze. Combining dual boiling gel can rapid at temperature 80 °C 50 s, without significantly affecting morphology or primary structure implementation holds significant importance expanding application traditional modern processes.
