ABSTRACT
Advances in synthetic peptide methodologies have enabled the development of macromolecules mimicking protein properties and found applications various fields, particularly immunology. Furthermore, Sequential Oligopeptide Carriers (SOCn CPSOC) been designed as multi-functional core molecules, to which multiple bio-cargos can be anchored, allowing construction high molecular weight molecules (>3000 Da) capable inducing a strong immune response. This study presents design synthesis Ac-[K-Aib-C(3,9-Acm; 6,12-SSNC(Acm)QENSDK)]4-NH2 conjugate branched architecture. The epitope S128SNCQENSDK137 belongs V. berus basic phospholipase A2, member European viper species’ most lethal families. was synthesized according SPPS Fmoc/tBu strategy characterized by HR-ESI-MS NMR experiments, while purified RP-HPLC HR-ESI-MS.
