ABSTRACT
This paper discusses the mechanical and physicochemical properties of film matrices based on chitosan, as well possibility optimizing these by adding chitin nanofibrils. It is shown that with introduction nanofibrils a filler, stability composite materials increases. By varying concentration nanofibrils, it possible to obtain spectrum samples different bioactive for growth human dermal fibroblasts. Film nanocomposite chitosan 5 wt % have an optimal balance bioactivity in relation culture
