ABSTRACT
In current research of complex system health assessment with evidential reasoning (ER) rule, the relationship between indicators reference grades and pre-defined result is regarded as a one to correspondence. However, in engineering practice, this strict mapping difficult meet, it may degrease accuracy assessment. Therefore, new ER rule-based model for transformation matrix adopted. First, on basis technique, expert knowledge embedded solve inconsistent problems input output, which keeps completeness consistency information transformation. Second, complete established via calculation optimization parameters. Finally, effectiveness proposed can be validated contrast other methods.
