ABSTRACT
In order to optimize the additive manufacturing process and find parameters affecting mechanical properties of parts, an simulation model Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy was established, effects ambient temperature, substrate thickness wire temperature on stress field residual were analyzed. The results show that is inversely proportional cladding layer, while are positively correlated layer. When increases from 0 °C 600 °C, maximum decreases by 36.0%, 10.0% when 25 mm 55 7.48% °C. influence three as follows: > temperature. research can provide reference for control during actual manufacturing.
