ABSTRACT
In the transportation organization optimization of high-speed railway (HSR), optimizations such as line planning, ticket pricing, and seat allocation are generally studied separately. However, in reality, when passengers choose trains, they need to consider multiple factors train routes, stop plans, prices, availability, departure times. Therefore, there is an urgent for integrated method simultaneously make decisions regarding these factors. This study constructs a nonlinear model planning integrating differentiated pricing HSR under elastic demand. To efficiently solve model, improved heuristic algorithm based on simulated annealing framework combined with linear passenger flow proposed. Finally, case analysis proves that can effectively input conditions actual Y-shaped network composed 13 stations, potential 106.54% improvement from initial solution final solution. The uniqueness our lies joint three critical operations, which has not been comprehensively explored prior studies great significance improving level operations services.
