ABSTRACT
Due to the worldwide outbreak of COVID-19, many strategies and models have been put forward by researchers who intend control current situation with given means. In particular, compartmental are being used model analyze COVID-19 dynamics different considered populations as Susceptible, Exposed, Infected Recovered compartments (SEIR). This study derives control-oriented pandemic, together constructive laws based on Lyapunov theory. The paper presents derivation new vaccination quarantining strategies, found using design methods from field theory offers possibility track desired trajectories, guaranteeing stability controlled system. Computer simulations aid demonstrate efficacy results. Stabilizing obtained analyzed for multiple variants model. stability, constructivity, feasibility proven each Lyapunov-like function. Obtaining proof practical system, several interesting system properties such herd immunity shown. On basis a generalized SEIR an extended variant additional Protected Quarantined compartments, conceived two fundamental inputs, quarantine, whose influence is crucial part Simulation results prove that Lyapunov-based approaches yield effective disease transmission.
