ABSTRACT
The physiology of wound healing is dependent on the crosstalk between inflammatory mediators and cellular components skin regeneration including fibroblasts endothelial cells. Therefore, strategies to promote must regulate this achieve maximum efficacy. In light remarkable potential natural compounds target multiple signaling mechanisms, study aims demonstrate hypermongone C, a polycyclic polyprenylated acylphloroglucinol (PPAP), accelerate closure by concurrently enhancing fibroblast proliferation migration, promoting angiogenesis, suppressing pro-inflammatory cytokines. This compound belongs family plants (Hypericum) that traditionally have been used treat injuries. Nevertheless, exact biological evidence support claims still missing. results were obtained using traditional model cell scratch assay tube formation, combined with analysis protein gene expression macrophages. summary, data suggest C multi-targeting therapeutic for promotion tissue repair regulation inflammation.
