ABSTRACT
As contaminated water increases due to environmental pollution, the need for excellent treatment is increased, and several studies have reported polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)-based membranes. However, PVDF membrane has problems such as low filtration performance, fouling resistance, difficulty in precisely controlling morphology of pores hydrophilicity. Therefore, we newly produced a containing graphene oxide (GO) multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) improve performance. Surface properties fabricated morphology, size pores, hydrophilicity, flux were investigated. Additionally, performance these filters was evaluated free residual chlorine, turbidity, chromaticity, magnesium, sulfate, particulates class 1 according drinking management act criteria, respectively. A improvement at least 108.37% observed compared Pure filter module anti-fouling effects functional groups GO MWCNTs. These results reveal that proposed can accelerate development various applications.
