Hospital Malnutrition, Nutritional Risk Factors, and Elements of Nutritional Care in Europe: Comparison of Polish Results with All European Countries Participating in the nDay Survey

ABSTRACT
NutritionDay (nDay) is a project established by the Medical University of Vienna and European Society for Clinical Nutrition Metabolism (ESPEN) to audit nutritional status hospitalized patients nursing home residents. This study aimed evaluate nDay data describing prevalence hospital malnutrition, risk factors, elements care process implemented in wards 25 countries compare derived from Poland with collected all participating study.
