ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect inoculation with Bacillus spp. isolates on photosynthetic apparatus Capsicum chinense plants infected PepGMV. In vitro and greenhouse experiments were performed whether improved plants’ performance through increase in efficiency control results showed that despite PepGMV infection, inoculated some had a healthy mechanism, as photochemical parameters gas exchange increased. maximum quantum yield PSII (Fv/Fm) (M9, K46, K47) increased (7.85, 7.09, 7.77%, respectively) respect uninoculated controls. plants, CO2 assimilation rate transpiration decreased, therefore indicating an water use efficiency. This reflected by less severe symptoms caused obtained from seeds different Plants K47 fruit quality. suggests it is possible protect, at level, C. selected rhizobacteria inoculation.
