ABSTRACT
In recent years, photobiomodulation (PBM) has attracted widespread attention for the treatment of various causes pain and inflammation. Primary dysmenorrhea (PD) is a common gynecological condition characterized by severe menstrual pain, limited effectiveness side effects conventional treatments have highlighted urgent need to develop identify new adjunct therapeutic strategies. The present study from perspective light morphology aimed bypass heat risk limitation evaluate efficacy safety pulsed 630 nm PBM therapy reducing associated with PD. pulse parameters were designed according transmittance red light. this randomized, cross-over design, sham-controlled study, 46 women PD included randomly assigned either or white sham control therapy. intervention lasted 20 min per day was administered 7 consecutive days before during menstruation. results showed that demonstrated significant reduction in levels compared placebo (p < 0.001), 55.00% active participants experiencing intensity differential concentration exceeding 50.00%. Moreover, reported an improved quality life phase generally preferred it as more effective method relieving No adverse events throughout trial. Based on results, LED relief under certain circumstances. Therefore, proposes may be promising approach future clinical
