ABSTRACT
In this paper, a metal–insulator–metal (MIM) surface plasmon waveguide structure is proposed and numerically investigated. It composed of square-ring cavity with silver baffle, an isosceles triangle cavity, bus baffle. The results show that the can produce triple Fano resonances be independently tuned by changing structural parameters. detection refractive indexes at different positions in was also accomplished, maximum sensitivity 2259.56 nm/RIU. On basis this, simultaneous measurement multiple parameters (plasma concentration glucose concentration) performed. numerical simulation are beneficial to applications MIM nanosensing biosensing time-sharing or
