Electro-Hydraulic Servo-Pumped Active Disturbance Rejection Control in Wind Turbines for Enhanced Safety and Accuracy

ABSTRACT
Aiming at the high accuracy and robustness position control of servo pump in pitch system a wind turbine generator, this paper proposes an active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC). The ADRC considers angular velocity acceleration limits. According to kinematics principle pump-controlled system, relationship between limit displacement hydraulic cylinder is established. Through method theoretical analysis, nonlinear expression angle obtained, linearization realized; formula for b0 (the estimated value input gain system) obtained by modeling key parameter design ADRC; stability parameters proved through analysis simulation self-immobilizing with limitation completed design. Finally, joint platform AMESim MATLAB as well physical experiment electro-hydraulic constructed, effectiveness proposed verified experiment. results show that compared unrestricted PID, velocity-acceleration-limited can effectively improve effect paddle, smooth startup process, safety have better anti-jamming ability.
