ABSTRACT
The purpose of this paper is to determine indices environmental, economic and social sustainability related the Italian production ceramic tiles in porcelain stoneware order contribute construction a reference benchmarking useful decision makers, designers end users tiles. To achieve goal, based on Life Cycle Sustainability Assessment (LCSA) framework that incorporates three dimensions with cradle-to-grave (LCA), Costing (LCC) Social (S-LCA) tools. study has shown one major environmental problems, addition strict sense, distribution system product and, lesser extent but always significant, process supplying raw materials. Finally, it was highlighted joint use impact assessment tools (LCA, LCC, S-LCA) requires further methodological work avoid risk double counting performance.
