ABSTRACT
A GNSS station, located on the shore of sea and inland waters, equipped with standard geodetic receivers antennas, can be used to measure water levels using a technique called Interferometric Reflectometry (GNSS-IR). The classical GNSS-IR method is based SNR data LSP spectrum analysis method. In order promote application GNSS-IR, accuracy results needs further improved, quality control achieved better. Classical methods include denoising filtering source SNR; post-processing results; morphological parameters, such as ratio maximum peak value background noise mean, sub-peak, amplitude peak. All three have problem correct frequency extraction under multiple approximate conditions. This paper focuses performance for two situations real examples, summarizes advantages disadvantages each method, discusses measures in applications. Considering limitations threshold setting third new combining parameters external constraints proposed. more flexible, especially dealing periodogram similar peaks, breaking through premise that corresponding frequency, validated different environments. experimental show proposed improve measured level while ensuring amount results. It eliminates gross errors effectively uses efficiently.
