Biocompatible Piezoelectric PVDF/HA/AgNO3 Thin Film Prepared by the Solvent Casting Method

ABSTRACT
In this study, new composites based on polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) were ornamented and prepared with hydroxyapatite (HA) silver nitride (AgNO3). Taking into account the polarity of solvent dimethyl sulfoxide, was used to disperse particles. The aim using DMSO create amorphous phases strong dipoles C–F bond reduce energy barrier improve electrical properties. PVDF played role matrix in HA, AgNO3 as reinforcing elements. X-ray diffraction samples directly showed phase mixed crystalline when all three materials simultaneously for preparing composite. scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images confirmed PVDF, AgNO3. Furthermore, dispersive (EDX) analysis performed proved that HA structure did not change ratio CaP equal natural HA. properties investigated, amount ranged from 56.50 125.20 mV. final results a designed device consisting an active layer made 0.1 g HA:0.5 highest barrier, polarity, surface energy, thus proving its relevance potential material harvesting applications.
