ABSTRACT
In order to rapidly and accurately monitor cadmium contamination in lettuce understand the growth conditions of under pollution, is used as test material. Under different concentrations stress at stages, relative chlorophyll content leaves, visible-near infrared reflectance spectra are detected analyzed. An inversion model leaves established. The results indicate that 1 mg/kg 5 promote content, while 10 20 inhibit content. increases with increasing concentrations. Cadmium caused a "blue shift" red edge position only during mature period, valley underwent seedling periods "red period. green peak exhibited shift". After validation, it was found constructed using ratio area yellow normalized values effectively estimated leaves. established vegetation index value shoulder amplitude can estimate This study demonstrates spectroscopy technique holds great potential for monitoring estimating lettuce.
