ABSTRACT
As a key component of the rolling mill, four-row cylindrical roller bearing (FCRB) operates under complex working conditions high speed, temperature, and heavy load. Due to lack an effective temperature test scheme for mill bearings, too can easily lead failure or damage unsteady conditions. To reveal internal distribution law bearings mills solve common problem difficult monitoring in this paper, 1140 mm cold six-high is taken as research object, field calculation model established. Firstly, mechanical analysis FCRB established on basis single row by slice method. Secondly, Newton–Raphson method (NRM) finite element (FEM). Thirdly, based model, used establish uniform load non-uniform distribution. Finally, experiment carried out with fault diagnosis bench. The results show that error between experimental less than 10%. It be seen uneven mainly caused along axial direction related each column, while circumferential azimuth angle.
