ABSTRACT
Computing resource measurement and computing routing are essential technologies in the first network (CFN), serving as its foundational elements. This paper introduces a Software Defined First Network (SD-CFN) architecture. Building upon this framework, Dynamic-Static Integrated Resource Measurement Mechanism (DCRMM) is proposed, incorporating methods such entropy weight method K-Means clustering. The DCRMM algorithm outperforms Maximum-closest Static Algorithm (MSA) Maximum Closest Dynamic (MDA) terms of node stability, utilization, matching accuracy. Additionally, Reinforcement Learning Networking Routing (RSCR) presented software-defined solution within SD-CFN. RSCR knowledge plane responsible for calculations. It comprehensively considers factors link latency, available bandwidth, packet loss rate. Simulation experiments conducted on GÉANT topology demonstrate that OSPF rate, throughput. offer innovative solutions networks.
