ABSTRACT
This study proposes a novel calibration method for polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) piezoelectric sensors based on electromagnetic force. The standard force source is obtained by calibrating the original of inductor coil through an electronic balance. Transient loading waveforms and peak values PVDF were to analyze mechanical effects laser ablation Al/Ti alloys. sensing using exhibits wide linear detection range (0.01–5.8 V) high response in changes electrical signals. When irradiating alloy targets with different energies spot sizes, signal intensity varies greatly, corresponding transient value test results from 0.01 8.5 N. excellent performance can be attributed power density, efficient energy utilization, physical properties target material. COMSOL Multiphysics simulation confirmed that temperature center position surface material undergo significant after being irradiated spots. are consistent experimental results. research indicates measurements have broad prospects high-performance optical propulsion applications.
