Population growth has brought an increase in energy demand and cost that a meaningful impact on personal government expenses. In this respect, governments attach importance to investments renewable resources (RER), which are sustainable clean source. However, the unpredictable characteristics of RER major problem for these sources need auxiliary assets. Battery storage systems (BESS) one promising solutions issues.
