ABSTRACT
This paper focuses on measures towards sustainable development of coal ports based the economic, environmental, and social dimensions triple bottom line, examines integration optimization roles smart technologies port sustainability in era Internet Things. By investigating representative case Huanghua Port, one largest transportation China, this enables a better understanding port’s practices driven by technologies. study provides intelligent renovation, dust pollution treatment, air treatment sewage customer employee satisfaction improvement, community involvement as well reputation enhancement. The research investigates effectiveness examining changes key performance indicators further findings show that approach taken can effectively promote sustainability. operation control system linking separate nodes operation, ecological integrating environmental protection functions, service platform supply chain members are interrelated interact to achieve continuous decisions offers managerial insights for operators policymakers ports.
