ABSTRACT
If an organisation is to develop in today’s highly competitive environment, it cannot do so without continuous training and development of its employees. The benefit the individual can be assessed by a measurable degree his knowledge, mastering certain operation, etc. Evaluating effectiveness not easy, because very often we work with quantities that are difficult quantify, therefore measure. prerequisite precise definition educational goals ensuring controllability results (training). This article aims find factors influencing evaluation employee development. data was obtained from questionnaire survey which 207 organisations operating Czech Republic participated. show when evaluating training, prefer methods based on subjective evaluator (direct supervisors, colleagues), but also their own self-evaluation regarding number days. Due coronavirus pandemic, current human resources (HR) trends priorities for 2021 have changed significantly. systematic process depends business sector (p-value 0.022), fact or part larger group 0.000), (non)existence HR department size 0.000).
