ABSTRACT
Background: Systematic management of innovation in the context sustainable development based on ecological is an essential part global market. Therefore, it will be guided by innovations, which represent a means development. The traditional approach to evaluation innovations focused mainly economic results and failed capture dimensions sustainability from theme view their consumers’ application. paper has aim evaluating perspective customers Slovakia, focusing elementary characteristics through point consumers. In research, we focus parameters connected with buildings operation—energy, health, comfort, materials, living processes quality place equipment mobility. Methods: primary study method Kano model. Conclusions: fact that Slovak respondents are largely unaffected but they perceive use cars internal combustion engine as mandatory requirement; thermal insulation, natural renewable materials mass transport attractive requirements for respondents. Heating recyclable one-dimensional requirements.
