ABSTRACT
A flexure hinge composed of elliptical and hyperbolic hybrid configurations is developed analyzed in this paper. The analytical models compliance, rotation accuracy, maximum stress the are established, correctness validated by finite element analysis experiments. influence structural parameters on compliance accuracy discussed. concept ratio proposed to assess deformation capacity hinges when subjected same stress, which provides a basis for quantitatively comparing comprehensive performance hinges. compared with that elliptical, hyperbolic, circular taking as evaluation indexes. results show combines advantages has balanced low stress. designed suitable support structure fast steering mirrors, valuable reference engineering optimization design
