ABSTRACT
Lithium-ion battery development is one of the most active contemporary research areas, gaining more attention in recent times, following increasing importance energy storage technology. The galvanostatic intermittent titration technique (GITT) has become a crucial method among various electrochemical analyses for research. During step GITT, which consists constant current pulse followed by relaxation period, transient and steady-state voltage changes were measured. It draws both thermodynamic kinetic parameters. diffusion coefficients lithium ion, open-circuit voltages, overpotentials at states charge can be deduced series steps. This minireview details theoretical practical aspects GITT analysis, from measurement to derivation diffusivity equation cases according specific experimental purpose. will shed light on better understanding reactions provide insight into methods improving lithium-ion performance.
