ABSTRACT
To assess the utility of skin perfusion pressure (SPP) measurement in evaluating outcome vascular constructions for critical limb ischemia (CLI) patients. We retrospectively studied 19 lower limbs 18 patients who underwent arterial reconstruction CLI from whom SPP measurements had been obtained pre- and postoperatively between 2008 2010. Six whose ulcers healed were classified into group H, 7 not U, 6 without N. values compared among these groups. The preoperative all groups <30 mmHg, significant differences groups. The H N significantly improved after operation, those U than other groups.SPP before is useful to improvement tissue circulation predict likelihood wound healing. An value ≥30 mmHg was considered necessary healing, supporting findings few reports literature on usefulness assessing effects ulcer
