ABSTRACT
Objective: To create a web application that can evaluate suture performance and assess its quality. Material Methods: We developed the using few cloud computing systems, servers, database, languages. used 20 anastomosed graft samples for optimizing application. The images of grafts were captured two-dimensionally. Five vascular surgeons utilized to compute objective score rank anastomoses subjectively. Results: Steps include uploading two-dimensional image sutures, tracing stitch line manually, pushing button have displayed. After this system more than 1,000 times without server issues or failures, we confirmed stability easy accessibility. calculated within several seconds. three factors (bite, pitch, skewness angle) ranged from 0.25 0.76. error range was acceptable. interclass correlation coefficient (ICC (2,1)) 0.92. Conclusion: quality acceptable considering low interoperator variations in scores.
