ABSTRACT
Purpose: to determine the effect of water plyometric training on such components motor skills as explosive power, agility and speed in young players. Develop practical recommendations for building a process improve athletes.
Material methods: when divided into groups players was used parallel randomized method with creation experimental control equal 20 each group (age 16.25 ± 1.0 years, height 168 3.0 cm, body weight 61, 03 4.0 kg). The duration program 2 months. (APT) group, while ground (LPT) group.
Results. In found increase jump by 21.05%, long - 8.84%. also significant dexterity 9.35% significance level less than 0.05, value t = 7.19. Dexterity physical ability combines many other abilities, speed, strength, power. 12.50% at 0.05.
Conclusions. Plyometric increased strength muscles legs football players, majestic vertical distance horizontal addition, months, contributed development an 12.50%. use improves but fewer indicators change water.
