ABSTRACT
Paralysis of the left recurrent laryngeal nerve as a complication various types heart disease is well known clinical entity. It recognized number conditions including arterial septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus, primary pulmonary hypertension, Eisenmenger’s syndrome and aortic aneurysm. We report case palsy associated with huge thoracic aneurysm in an old man history hypertension. (J Clinical Otolaryngol 2008;19:235-238)
