Objective - This paper develops a theoretical framework that consists of the factors affecting work outcomes among educator continuous usage behaviour Learning Management System (LMS). Methodology/Technique The conceptual is based on previous literature review and underpinning theories which are an integral Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) IS Continuance Model.Perceived usefulness, perceived ease use confirmation identified as independent variables; satisfaction continuance intention will be employed mediating variable; dependent variable. Findings In this study, 13 hypotheses have been proposed outlined. would help organizations to plan for potential improvement systems teaching strategies in context LMS, order meet educational goals get better learning outcomes. Novelty Currently, there very limited empirical researches conducted educator's post-adoption stage LMS.
