ABSTRACT
Burial customs underwent gradual changes during the Iron Age, sometimes revealing significant upheavals occurring in socio-spiritual sphere of time. Both commonalities and differences between Western Eastern Europe can be observed development Age burial practices. Particular attention is paid to western eastern parts Central Europe, which come forefront LT C2 are probably related radical change religious ideas part Europe. Interdisciplinary investigation disturbed princely barrow from Late Hallstatt period Rovná near Strakonice (South Bohemia) produced new information that has helped clarify studied topic.
