ABSTRACT
The article presents a rather rare clinical observation and literature review of surgical interference for mycotic (infectious) aneurysm the suprarenal aorta with damage to paired unpaired branches (celiac trunk, superior mesenteric renal arteries). authors note features course aortic lesions (chronic ischemia digestive system, cardiorenal hypertension), mechanisms disease development, indicate need open repair thoracoabdominal aorta.
