ABSTRACT
Over time, the Republic of Moldova has gone through several stages development and reform Occupational Health Safety System. This article aimed to assess complex legal regulatory framework in field occupational health safety Moldova. Currently, ratified 43 conventions 1 protocol, namely - 8 out fundamental conventions, 4 governing (priority) 31 technical conventions. years, 2 have been denounced. At beginning 2021, Moldavian parliament adopted International Labour Organization (ILO) Convention No.161 (1985) on services. The is good enough, but major problems are identified their implementation.
