Annular pancreas is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by the presence of ectopic pancreatic tissue around duodenum. Usually diagnosed in neonatal period, annular can be responsible for intestinal obstruction 1% cases. In adults it asymptomatic 50% cases, as duodenal stenosis, pancreatitis, or gastric ulcerations. We report two cases stenosis secondary to an whom surgical bypass was performed allowing resolution symptoms.
