Isolated Severing of the Long Flexor of the Thumb Following an Electrical Shock: A Case Report

We report a case of isolated severing the FPL tendon following an electrical shock, A 24 -year-old male suffered from shock while work on home circuit. The lesion was limited to right hand, clinical exam showed deficit thumb flexion with multiple skin burn lesions, surgical exploration and repair we done after stabilization patient.
