ABSTRACT
In the last decades, Brazilian livestock farming has undergone great expansion, based not only on quantitative growth, but also quality. The qualitative growth is factors derived from use of reproductive biotechniques, such as Vitro Embryo Production (IVEP), which allows significant genetic advancement in herd a reduced period time, by multiplication genetics higher animals. For implantation IVEP, with efficiency and viable cost, it necessary to consider some factors, well interaction gestation rate. objective this review was report main involved rate embryo receptors produced vitro (IVP), corpus luteum quality, donor recipient synchrony, breed, development semen effects, thermal stress, year number previous ETs recipient. Although IVEP an important tool for improvement bovine herd, variations results after its use, mainly regard donors recipients, geographic region, environmental conditions, sanitary nutritional management animals, conditions inherent IVP laboratory. observation these constant search improvements, are fundamental success, viability economic return IVEP. es fundamentais para o sucesso, viabilidade e retorno economico da PIVE.
