ABSTRACT
The article describes the results of a study of the state of pedagogical communications in education, contains a retrospective analysis of the coverage of the issue in philosophical and pedagogical scientific literature, an analysis of the results of a survey of respondents participating in the modern educational process. The relevance of a detailed study of pedagogical communication management processes in the context of intensive digital transformation of the education sector at the current stage of society’s development is substantiated. The analysis of the opinions of the respondents who were previously selected according to the criterion of the quality of the formation of basic communication skills provided an opportunity to identify some side effects that do not contribute to the effectiveness of teacher–student interaction, and therefore affect the quality of the holistic pedagogical process.
